Refund policy

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the day of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in unused condition and in its original packaging.  To start a return, send an email to support@dwellhomesupply.com  Please include your name, order #, the name of the item you wish to return and the reason for the return in your email. Once we have been contacted we will send you instructions for shipping your items back to us. Please note the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.

 

Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective , damaged, or if the wrong item is received at support@dwellhomesupply.com and we will evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds

Once we have received your return and it has been accepted, we will refund your purchase to its original form of payment. Please note it can take up to 10 business days for refunds to process. If more than 15 days have passed and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@dwellhomesupply.com

 

Exchanges

The most efficient way to complete an exchange is to initiate a return for the item you no longer want and place a new order.
