Shipping policy
Dwell Home Supply ships within 3 business days, with the exception of made to order pillows and custom framed artwork. Please note there are times when an item may be out of stock in our store, but still available through the vendor. When this happens, we will have the item shipped directly to you at no additional charge. If there is an unexpected delay with your order, we will contact you.
Unfortunately due to weight and size, there are a few items that are not available for shipping and can only be purchased for local delivery. This will be clearly stated at the bottom of the product listings for these items.

Non-local customers will have the following amounts added to their order for shipping costs.

Packaging
Dwell Home Supply strives to use sustainable, environmentally friendly packaging materials. Out of numerous vendors we have partnered with, only a few occasionally ship their more breakable merchandise in styrofoam or plastic wrap. In these cases we may repurpose these materials to ensure your items are securely packaged, but we will always choose a more ecofriendly option whenever possible.
