The whale bone design is made with both maximum surface and utility in mind. The handle has a balanced feel to assist with portability from counter to table. Locally sourced kiln-dried wood measuring 14.25” x 17.25” x 1.125” in thickness. Crafted in the Hudson Valley, the wood is locally sourced kiln-dried wood that is oiled and waxed with food-safe finishing products.
